Discipline isn't a trait that comes easily to most teenagers, but for Anthony "Tony" Barone, discipline was a part of his life early on. At the age of 14 he was working full-time during the summer at his cousins fruit market. "I was making pretty good money for a kid," Tony recalls, "However, I only got paid after I scrubbed the floors spotless on Saturday nights. I guess hard work has been important to me ever since."

So while Tony's friends spent their vacations like typical teens, he was saving his money and planning for his future. He eventually started his own bakery and with his typical drive and determination saw his store blossom into an extremely successful business.

Tony learned a lot about running his own store, but more importantly, he saw how important and unique each customer was. "Since then, I've always treated everyone how I would want to be treated... like a friend." This philosophy and always going the extra mile ensures total client satisfaction.

But at the urging of his father, who had opened his own successful real estate company, he sought a new challenge and earned his real estate license. Tony's thankful to his late father's ongoing encouragement and personal instruction.
